After her win over Michelle Waterson, Amanda Lemos moves up 3 spots to the #8 position at strawweight.
After his win over Brian Ortega, Yair Rodriguez moves up 1 spot to #2 at featherweight. He may take on Josh Emmett for an interim belt next. Dana seems interested in that, Volkanovski is also interested in that, and both Yair and Emmett would probably be happy with fighting for a title, even if it’s an interim one.
Volkanovski has basically won this division, they should give him a belt or title or medal for just clearing out the weight class
and winning the division. How he does at 155 against the cream of the crop, I don’t know, that’s a tough one, but that’s why you got to respect him for taking that challenge and being willing to take on either Oliveria or Makhachev.
